Yes. Spark Free includes the Smart Inbox, unlimited email accounts, smart notifications and calendar. AI is limited to a small preview, and the full Spark +AI starts with Plus at $8.25 per user per month billed annually.
What happened to Spark Premium?+
Spark Premium closed to new sign-ups when Readdle launched Plus and Pro. Existing Premium subscribers keep their plan and price; new users choose between Free, Plus ($99/year) and Pro ($199/year).
Is Spark's AI unlimited on paid plans?+
No. Every paid plan has a monthly Spark +AI credit quota. Meeting notes, drafts, summaries and Assistant requests all draw from it. You can buy a one-time add-on or wait for the monthly refill.
Does Spark have shared inboxes?+
Yes, on the Pro plan. Pro lets you connect shared addresses like sales@ and work them as a team, alongside read statuses and unlimited AI meeting notes.
Is Spark Mail safe to use?+
Spark encrypts data, runs on Google Cloud infrastructure and is GDPR compliant. It does store account credentials (OAuth tokens or encrypted passwords) on its servers to deliver push notifications and Send Later.
