FAQs
Does Superhuman have a free plan?
No. Superhuman Mail has no ongoing free tier, only a trial. The cheapest option is Starter at $25 per user per month billed annually, or $30 billed monthly.
Does Superhuman work with Outlook, iCloud or Yahoo?
Superhuman works with Gmail/Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts only. If you use iCloud, Yahoo or a generic IMAP mailbox, look at Spark or SaneBox instead.
What is the difference between Superhuman Starter and Business?
Starter covers the fast inbox, AI writing, summaries and calendar. Business adds Auto Drafts, Ask AI, custom AI labels, HubSpot and Salesforce integration and the Mail MCP for $8 more per user per month on annual billing.
Is Superhuman Mail the same as the Superhuman Suite?
No. After Grammarly renamed itself Superhuman, the Suite bundles Grammarly, Coda and Go. Mail is priced separately and only appears in the Suite at the Business tier, so check what your checkout includes.
How many users can a team have on Superhuman?
Starter and Business support up to 25 seats each. Teams larger than 25 need the custom-priced Enterprise plan, which also adds SSO and SCIM.
