What is Emplifi?

Emplifi was formed in June 2021 when customer-engagement company Astute Solutions (founded 1995) merged with social media analytics pioneer Socialbakers (Prague, founded 2008–2009). Its UGC capability (Emplifi UGC) descends from Pixlee, an earlier UGC/visual-commerce platform Emplifi acquired. The result is the most enterprise-heavy tool in this set: a single platform spanning social publishing, listening, UGC/influencer content rights, social commerce, and customer care, backed by SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.
